Describe the bug

If you have test files in your pages folder importing @nuxt/test-utils/runtime, the following error pops up when starting the project

ERROR  This module cannot be imported in the Vue part of your app. [importing @nuxt/test-utils/runtime from pages/<testname>.ts]

The error does not seem to have effect on the app startup itself (it's probably more a warning).

The error goes away when moving the test out of the pages folder.

It seems that .nuxtignore can be used to avoid this.

The reproduction runs fine at the moment - and I think this would have been a (now-resolved) Nuxt bug: see https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/blob/main/packages/schema/src/config/common.ts#L480.

I'm writing e2e tests based on different routes and hitting this with tests, while dev works absolutely fine.

The above .nuxtignore is a workaround, but I'm hoping to get an insight on why setup may be causing this while dev server is fine 🙏

I don't think this is an issue with @nuxt/test-utils.
I get the same error when I try to access the path of a test file located inside the pages directory.
do I absolutely have to place test files in the pages folder?
If so, shouldn't they be excluded using .nuxtignore ?

for example, a user might genuinely intend to create a page specifically at the index.e2e.spec path...
