Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Related to #12952, #13572.
#14118 partially solves the Mandarin pronunciation issue, but ESpeak NG still has bug in its processing of Mandarin due to incomplete testing.

NVDA Chinese users are still plagued by bugs in ESpeak NG.

@hgneng fixed this.

Updated eSpeak NG to a434ca4 for NVDA2022.4
