Speech Viewer: The text still updates within the `TextCtrl` when the mouse is in it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Speech Viewer
2. Moving the mouse over TextCtrl

Actual behavior:

Update a large amount of duplicate text when the mouse moves

Expected behavior:

The text does not update when the mouse is on the TextCtrl
