Unable to open the Add-on Store when the language is set to Korean in NVDA 2025.1.

Steps to reproduce:

1. run NVDA, go to Tools menu -> Add-on Store and press Enter

Actual behavior:

Add-on Store does not open.

Expected behavior:

The Add-on Store UI should be displayed.

We will fix this up and perform a 2025.1.1 patch release. It appears this has been broken since 2025.1beta2.
