Braille reading by paragraph

Braille is hard-coded to display a line of text at a time. In many cases, the last part of a line doesn't consume the entire display, resulting in short pieces of text and disturbing the flow of reading. Where flow is important, it would be much nicer to read by paragraph instead. This should be configurable.
