Support for HumanWare Brailliant B series displays

These do not use the Baum protocol, so require a new driver.

NV Access should be receiving one of these displays in mid January, so if all goes to plan, there should be a driver to test around the end of January.

The 80 cell display is called B 80, not BI 80.
