Although present in liblouis and packaged in NVDA binaries the portuguese grad 2 table is not selectable on the braille preferences dialog. This is so because it is not listed in the table descriptions of braille.py.

The table seems of good quality, in my opinion.

Patch attached. I used bzr diff for this, if there is any better method pleas tell me.
