Support for TextInfo control and format fields in braille

Currently, only the raw text of !TextInfos is rendered into braille. This means that it is impossible to identify controls in virtual buffers, etc. Control field information should be rendered into braille as well.

Probably not able to get this done for 2010.1. Though definitly interested for 2010.2

Initial support implemented in cf78714. New tickets should be filed for further functionality or fixes.
