New voices

Hi Here are two new voices called Gene and Gene2 that you can add into NVDA if you like. I was told to send them in as a ticket. Here they are. A few people have tested them and liked them so hopefully others will as well. Gene

Both Gene and Gene2 are espeak voices! One is simply a higher tone than the other.
