Add Chinese braille tables to table list

Would you mind add Chinese table "zh-tw.ctb" and Hong Kong Cantonese "zh-hk.ctb" to NVDA braille translation tables option?

zh-hk.ctb is not in the latest official release of liblouis. It can be included once a new liblouis release is made.

What should we call zh-tw? Is it computer braille, grade 1 or grade 2?

I suggest "zh-tw.ctb" call "Chinese Taiwan Mandarin braille",
and "zh-hk.ctb" call "Chinese Hong Kong Cantonese braille".

I added zh-hk.ctb: Chinese (Hong Kong, Cantonese) in r3387. Is this the right description?

I guess the description for zh-tw.ctb should be: Chinese (Taiwan, Mandarin). Is this correct?

However, I notice that zh-tw.ctb is an absolutely huge table which includes a lot of seemingly pointless definitions for dots 1456. Can you test this table (perhaps by copying over another table)?

May as well add zh-tw.ctb as "Chinese (Taiwan, Mandarin)". I think the table needs some work (it currently takes a long time to load, among other things), but something is definitely better than nothing and any fixes will come with liblouis.
