Word 2010: the textof comments inserted in a document cannot be read

The comments inserted in a document cannot be read. NVDA does indicate the presence of comment but there is no way one can read the text of comments inserted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a document that has comments inserted.
2. Read the document with the usual reading commands.
3. Approach the place where comments are present with character or word reading commands.
4. NVDA does indicate the presence of the comment but does not read the text of the comment.

This is covered by the Extended Microsoft Word functionality addon.
I'd say this addon could be merged into NVDA itself, as it is a type of functionality that should be supported by NVDA core whenever possible.
