Option to disable reporting of clickable elements on webpages #3556

Hearing clickable on a webpage every other word is annoying. This would be incredibly useful for config profiles as well.

I just noticed that clickable elements haven't been added to the list of options in 8.1.12 in the user guide. The last list item is frames, clickables or clicable elements should be added to that list.
