Bzr branch: http://bzr.nvaccess.org/nvda/vbufTableHeaders
Table headers now read for Gecko (Firefox/Thunderbird). However, this isn't configurable yet. Doing it for other browsers is going to be very tricky, so I probably won't do that for 2010.2.

Merged in d8525a7. Reporting of table row/col headers for other buffers/APIs will be done separately.
Changes:
Changed title from "Report table row and column headers in virtual buffers" to "Report table row and column headers in Gecko virtual buffers"
