Currently, element list dialog always shows "links" radio button selected. I suggest to save user choice such as done with find dialog.

Implemented in 43e22a3. Now the element type is remembered across a single running session of NVDA, though only is Move to or activate is pressed (i.e. pressing cancel forgets it if it was changed).
Changes:
Milestone changed from None to 2012.3
