When tabbing in iTunes, there is a lot of annoying verbosity, including pointless announcement of "iTunes", "button" and repeated list items. This is due to weirdness in its accessibility implementation, but getting this fixed in iTunes will probably be very painful (if not impossible) and it's easy enough to work around in NVDA.
