Support left click on NVDA notification area icon #4459

Our notification area icon only responds to a right click. Apparently, it's customary for notification area icons to respond in some way when left clicked. Since the NVDA menu is the only thing that makes sense, we should make left click open that. Left and right clicks will then respond the same way, but that doesn't matter.
