Add 2 Irish Braille Tables to NVDA

I would like to request the addition of two Irish Braille tables to the Braille Settings dialog. These are live in Liblouis 2.6.2
These are both output tables.

Irish Uncontracted

File name ga-g2.ctb
Irish Contracted

Hi,
I think we should wait until mid-June to include this into NVDA, as LibLouis 2.6.2 is scheduled to be out by then and it has some braille table improvements.
