Browse mode for Windows 10 Edge HTML #5212

The Windows 10 default browser and other in-built web controls (cortana etc) now use Edge. This is different to MSHTML and none of the existing code can be used. We must add browse mode support for Edge using only UI Automation as there is no direct access to the DOM anymore.
