We need to add NVDA's STATE_CHECKABLE to checkable table cells for Mozilla objects. There's no checkable state in MSAA or IAccessible2 (although we've requested it for IA2). However, Mozilla uses STATE_SYSTEM_MARQUEED for checkable.
