I suggest to display the flash messages for toggle-keys (caps lock, num lock and scroll lock) in braille when toggling them on/off. the messages are already SPOKEN but currently they are NOT displayed in braille.

Already fixed as part of the work on the new input framework (#601).

I've made this (rather trivial) change in the current keyboard handling code, as it will be a while before the new input framework is done. Done in fe546d0.
