Table navigation scripts and utilities from the base VirtualBuffer must be abstracted into BrowseModeDocument and utilities implemented in UIABrowseModeDocument, allowing browse mode table navigation in Microsoft Edge.
P2 as this is expected behaviour in browse mode.
