NVDA should not announce "MSAA Registered Handler" when focusing on HTML pages, such as websites and HTML-based e-mail messages.

How often do you see this? It should not happen unless the document takes quite some time to load.

This is a regression introduced by aa41eef, which was when nvVBufLib (including the new MSHTML buffers) was introduced.
