In the key command quick reference, there is no clear differentiation between the numpad arrow keys and the extended arrow keys. For example:

NVDA+Down: navigatorObject_firstChild
NVDA+downArrow: sayAll

This is confusing for users. We should either change this to NVDA+numpadDownArrow or NVDA+numpad2.
