Braille: The fall-back input table does not match the default input table.

Steps to reproduce:

Manually alter the configuration key ["braille"]["inputTable"] to an incorrect value.

Actual behavior:

Braille input falls back to using en-us-comp8.ctb

Expected behavior:

Braille input should fall back to using en-ueb-g1.ctb, as it is the default for a new configuration.
