This implements git flow init for the python rewrite branch.

It lacks one thing, the request for the version prefix. But that's also missing from the init method in GitFlow.

You may want to have a look at my fork at https://github.com/htgoebel/gitflow. (Which I started some weeks prior I found this pull-request.) Code-coverage is approx. 95% (being degraded by some irrelevant code), and testes for Python 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 on Linux.
