NoBrainer install generator misses active_record config line on Rails 5.0.0 #222

After running rails new my_project Rails generates a file config/initializers/new_framework_defaults.rb. On line 18 active_record is referenced. If this line is not commented out it will throw an error if ActiveRecord is disabled.

Running rails g nobrainer:install misses it :)
