when people answer these things -- remember there is people in this world not a programmer so going and building and changing programming data be way beyond us

can change a e mail account setting but not go in and reprogram windows thing so lets stay away from the programming

the official forum site is full of things useless to people like me since have no programming experience and not been to college for this so total waste of time for us non programmer people

@jamie2678 I don't know what to tell you, crypto mining is not for the non-technical.

so then the industry seems to be trying to lock out all except the desired class of people

one time computers was for the programmers only and now we got things like windows where people not need to get college degrees in programming just to use it

@jamie2678 I'm not sure I agree with your comparison or your conclusion.

The movement of general purpose computing to be adopted by, and approachable by, the masses is not comparable to purpose-driven crypto-currency mining using hobbiest-written software.

The reality is that different disciplines in this world have different requirements for understanding and learning. Some things are just easier than others. Would you blame mechanics for trying to "lock out all but the desired class of people" simply because you do not know how your car works under the hood? No...you learn how your car works or you hire a mechanic. There's no room or need for "blame".

This project was created for myself to scratch an itch, as is most / all open source crypto mining projects. This software (and its source) are provided free to others, but this issue tracker is not a place for teaching or learning. If anyone wants to mine crypto they are going to have to be willing to go do some reading and some learning.
