Senior Capstone Project for Oregon State University. Allows user to upload shapefiles, which lets the user draw arrows to define the water flow direction of each element. Requires QGIS, the python interpreter, and packages that come with the QGIS download to run.
- Download QGIS in OSGeo4W from here and install to the SWA folder
- Run SWA-run.bat
