This is a follow-up to #136 and #209.

Certain file names on Windows are causing troubles. More specifically names equal to reserved words or starting with reserved words followed by a dot cannot be processed using standard paths and must use extra long file path syntax (\\?\). For files created by NZBGet it's even better to correct names to make them usable with standard software (e. g. Windows Explorer).

List of reserved words

CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7,
COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9.

For more info see MSDN article Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces.
