Par-renamer and damaged par2-files #327

Typically only one par2-file is downloaded. If that file is damaged the par-renamer may not be able to do its job. Usually it's not fatal as the renaming will be made during par-recovery stage.

However there are certain cases when obfuscated files and damaged par2-files plays together producing a combination where par-repairer fails.

In this issue: par-renamer should detect damaged par2-files and request downloading of extra par2-files, then try par-renaming again.

par-renamer tries again.

To handle article subjects with non-parseable filenames. Also created a
functional test for this case.
