Click on logo should switch to downloads #564
Description
NZBGet logo in webui is located at the top left of the page. A click on the logo brings "About dialog" with info about nzbget authors, copyright, etc. Many web sites have logos at the same position. Click there navigates to the main page of the site.
To make NZBGet webui behave similarly a click on NZBGet logo should switch to downloads tab (or do nothing if this tab is already selected). The infos from about dialog can be moved onto settings page.
