Use the updated Leapp output API introduced in oamg/leapp#818.
Leapp output will now include a summary of reports and also a list of titles of HIGH and MEDIUM severity reports.

The tests are failing because the APIs aren't merged into Leapp yet.

The new Leapp output APIs now display better summary about the
report. See oamg/leapp#818 for more info.

* Require leapp-framework versio 4.0
* Suppress redundant-keyword-arg for pylint
  pstodulk: we have one error or another and this one is not actually
            so important from my POV - I would even argue that it's
            not a bad habit
