Scenario: you're working with another team's module and you find a bug or an unhandled exception. You want to submit a bug report, but don't want to step on any toes.

If you have any input for another team--bug reports, new feature requests, etc.--get in touch with that team's leader and talk about it. Do NOT create a ticket for the team without consulting someone there first. Often times a bug has already been fixed but the code hasn't been released yet, or there is already an existing ticket that covers your bug. Similar story for new features. This rule exists to reduce duplicate and/or confusing tickets.
