OASIS Open Project Services

OASIS Open Projects provides collaborative communities with the foundation-level support services they need to succeed.

There are two levels of Core Services:

  • Basic includes all the essentials for operating a successful Open Project.
  • Plus provides more extensive support for larger Open Projects.

If needed, Projects may secure Supplemental Services based on their specific goals and sponsorship.

SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES
Some projects also require Supplemental Services specific to their needs, which may be funded
by donations, grants, or higher sponsorship fees.

These services include:
- Dedicated full- or part-time staff for project management, content production, spec editing, etc.
- Developer incentive programs, e.g. bug bounties, travel, training
- Code auditing
- Hosting of major events
- Documentation writing
- Special collaboration tools (e.g., Slack Business+ version)
- Public relations consultant with domain expertise
- Enhanced marketing or community support
