Dynamic code flows emit timestamps #172

We need a place to provide timestamp data for dynamic code flows. It occurs to me that we could consider using the same property to provide this synchronization data for static and dynamic scenarios. i.e., when attempting to order code flows, you could simply populate that field with a sortable numeric id or a sortable date-time. if this is too confusing (generally we don't allow mixing of data types in a property), we could simply offer a timestamp property. the downside of this is that we have two distinct properties satisfying the same function (specifying ordering of code flows).

@michaelcfanning We already have codeFlowLocation.executionOrder for inter-thread synchronization. Do you want to add codeFlowLocation.timestamp as well?
