MemberSelector enhancements #2196

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the MemberSelector component, the user cannot filter by role when selecting members. Additionally, if the user wants to remove all selected members, it is tedious to remove each one individually.
Describe the solution you'd like
- A button that clears the list of selected members
- An additional filter option in the dialog for role

This should work with the changes from #2193
