Update CL xrefs to species-specific AOs

ZFA

ZFA maintains xrefs to CL

• The ZFA to CL issues are an uberon pipeline issue, not of relevance on this ticket
• Individual issues have been fixed by @cerivs e.g. cerivs/zebrafish-anatomical-ontology#129

XAO

It looks like XAO has CL xrefs and CL has XAO xrefs. Need to check consistency
