inter-basipterygium joint #1193

Ask currently constructed the inter-basipterygium joint is not part of the paired fin/limb skeleton. Could we make it part_of the basipterygium so it can be included on searches of fin/limb skeletal terms?

it can't be part of the basipterygium element if it connects it.

btw, the current axioms are wrong I think. It says it connects a bone to a cartilage. I think you want to make it neutral and connect two elements. @wdahdul - agreed?

Yes, agree we should make it connect basipterygium elements rather than the bone or cartilage.
