This is an interesting case worth independent discussion.

ectoderm gives rise to epithelial linings in mouth, endoderm in gut. Teeth should have no endodermal contribution. It seems the placement of basibranchial 2 teeth (from pharyngeal arch 4) is causing confusion here.

The reason is that the assertion that the resp primordium comes entirely from endoderm is the issue
