EMAPA terms missing in composite ontology? #663
We miss some EMAPA terms for integrating data from MGI. As these terms are present in the EMAPA ontology (ftp://ftp.hgu.mrc.ac.uk/pub/MouseAtlas/Anatomy/EMAPA.obo), I wonder why I can't find them in the composite ontology? (neither as xref, nor taxon equivalent, nor leaf classes). Thanks.
GXD and GUDMAP have been involved in extensive expansion of the EMAPA during the last 18 months or so, and it looks as if all of these EMAPA terms were added during this phase, Our editorial process has been in flux but has stabilized somewhat now, and I would be happy to help sort this out.

The composite build was using an out of date version of EMAPA (my fault - the pipeline is a bit complicated here as we do some pre-processing, to replace the non-OBO stage IDs with MmusDv stages). The next build should include all EMAPAs in composite-metazoan, either as xrefs or as leafy nodes.
It would be great to have a more coordinated strategy for the EMAPA uberon integration. We already use the MA-provided xrefs but EMAPA sometimes goes deeper than MA
