Here's some installers that I built on a linux-64 machine:

@barsch can you try it on Windows? (Just install constructor via conda and run it on the directory with the yaml)

n.b.: newest constructor versions are in defaults channels, so use $ conda install constructor --no-channel-priority in case conda-forge is top priority..

conda constructor: fix path to LICENSE.txt
now points to LICENSE.txt file directly, not to the top level
LICENSE.txt symlink.. otherwise license does not show up properly in the
windows executable installer, thanks @ThomasLecocq for testing!
conda constructor: fix paths to logo images
all paths in yaml must be relative to the yaml, even though conda
constructor has to be called from outside the yaml dir (i.e. one
directory level higher..)
conda constructor: add tall logo, welcome image gets scaled and
distorted if we use a landscape logo

conda constructor: fix problems with win builds and mkl bz2 package
For problem report see conda/constructor#92. For now just use previous
version of mkl which seems to work properly.
