Installation of Anaconda Python/ObsPy for MESS

Install ObsPy with Python 3.7 as detailed here: Installation via Anaconda.

It most cases it boils down to installing Anaconda/Miniconda and running:

$ conda install -c conda-forge obspy

Also install these additional packages:

$ conda install -c conda-forge basemap basemap-data-hires jupyter
