Dificulties to create mandate from donation - customer´s bank accounts not selectable

When you have to create a mandate from the donation, you get a mandate form. The first parameter is bank account, when you browse on it you don't get any record, you cannot select an existing bank account, it doesn´t recognize the customer´s bank accounts.

I merged in v10 a patch that prevent users from creating mandates directly from donation.
