  1. Use colons rather than asterisks for Vim names

    dra27 committed with trefis Jul 21, 2017
Internal buffer names are wrapped with asterisks which causes problems
on Vim for Windows since it causes the filename globber to be invoked.
Using colons works (and also has the benefit of creating an illegal
filename, rather than one which is simply unlikely).

  1. Vim: added info to help file about using Neocomplete and Deoplete

bluddy committed with trefis Jun 28, 2017
Deoplete specifically uses Python and therefore has a different regex
syntax. Using neocomplcache's regex in Deoplete will break
    auto-completion.
  2. locate: use loc of modules/modtypes from env when available

    trefis committed Jun 30, 2017
Unrelated to this, but the implementation should probably be changed at this
point because if people want to go to "the implementation" (and not the
interface) of something, if the lock is present in the environment they will be
taken to an interface most likely.
This will become more apparent after ocaml/ocaml#1219 is
    merged.

  3. Fix #662 - TypeOf error with neovim (#663)

    bassjacob committed with let-def Jun 27, 2017
it looks like neovim has a different indexing than vim, that causes
vim.buffers[idx] to throw a `list index out of range` error.

the code in this pr will make it work on both vim and neovim by building
a list of buffers that match the id, rather than assuming that the
buffer id matches the bufferlist id.
