Bug description

When attempting to redefine the (&) operator in my module I discovered that it is right-associative although the manual says it is left-associative. Same goes for (&&) and (||). The manual should probably be corrected. (http://caml.inria.fr/pub/docs/manual-ocaml/expr.html#htoc70)
