Bug description

As the summary says: I would like to do "{!Some_constructor}" and "{!some_record_field}" inside doc comments.

Steps to reproduce

Implemented in revision 12249.
Use {!t.Foo} to refer to constructor Foo of type t, {!} to refer to field bar. In case of ambiguity, use {!const:t.Foo} and {!}.

Please tell me if it's ok.
