Bug description

Section 19.4.4 - Allocating blocks, says:

caml_copy_int32(i), copy_int64(i) and caml_copy_nativeint(i) return a value of OCaml type int32, int64 and nativeint, respectively, initialized with the integer i.

But in the int64 type, it forgets to add the "caml_" prefix. Now I know that this is still valid because there are compatibility wrappers, it would be great if someone could just change "copy_int64(i)" to "caml_copy_int64(i)" to promote the more modern versions.
