Bug description

I had troubles using the Str library. found answers in bug report 0001281.
especially with the "(" vs "\(" trick.

Would it be possible to add one or two examples in ocaml documentation ? :

Str.replace_first (Str.regexp "hello \([A-Za-z]+\)") "\1" "hello world";;

  • : string = "world"

Best regards
