#6526 added the --with-cygwin-setup option. This option happens to check the checksum of the fetched files using shasum. However this tool is not installed by default in our release script as it is installed as part of perl.
We can easily fix this by either:
- Switching to use
sha512sum, which is part of GNU coreutils (already installed)
- Adding the missing
perl dependency to the release script (what i did to be able to build 2.4.0~beta1)
