This is mainly documentation for now, but may enable to reduce the size
and complexity of requests later on.

Hm, not such a good idea after all: this forbids removal of the pinned packages! @rdicosmo any idea ? This was using keep: version for pinned packages.

@AltGr AltGr Simplify even more opam/cudf conversion
and handle pinned packages with a dedicated cudf field,
which supersedes #1220.

No more conversion maps passed around (except for existing version
numbers, where it is really needed), and we now get the flexibility
required to handle atoms (eg 'pkg>version') in requests.

Superseded by 10f7878 : the keep field was not a good idea but a custom field is.
